Pension Fund

<p>I SC Van der Merwe (id. ********** 238087) lodged my pension claim in April 2015. After repeatedly contacting the fund, I have had no success. In Dec 2015 I was told by the call centre representative "What am I going to do about it". In Match 2016 I was informed that the claim officer dealing with my file was no longer working there & my file was now being processed by the new officer. When asking when will I received my pay out the consultant told me that the system showed that my paperwork was incomplete. Once explained that I had lodged my claim in April 2016 then they accepted my documentation as they had changed their claim system. I phoned on the 5th of July 2016 & was told they are still calculating out my claim. </p> <p>I can only be reached on my email adress as I am currently out of the country.</p>
