pensioen funds payouts

Hi There, <br> my husband changed jobs .. so he needed to fill in forms for his pension to get paid out .. this was last year April 2014 when he changed jobs we got forms to fill in for the return of pension in Aug 2014 we completed it and gave it back end of Aug 2014 .. its been 11 months now and now money yet, every time we phone they tell us to phone back in 2 weeks - then came back to us stating we will receive money end of Feb 2015 - its now the 22 June 2015 we haven't received any payment as yet.. we could not get hold of them for 3 months - last week my husband phoned again - then we spoke to a person and he said he will follow up and he will come back to us - no return from them \MIBFA"- ON THE 22 June morning my husband phoned again now all of a sudden we must phone back in 4 weeks ? this is getting really absurd - waiting almost a year for pension fund is not what I call fun..
