PAYING OUT SURPLUS PENSION

We are battling since Oct 2011 for them to pay out the proceeds of the LATE I.E. COHEN - ***. I was appointed as beneficiary by the deceased- Cecilia van Rooyen - ***. The court however did not appoint me, because I am not near family. My mother-in-law and the deceased sister are now executors, and must get the money. Every time you call, you can speak to 10 people on a daily basis, they all tell you another story. We send appointment letters, that the attorneys are doing the transaction of the two executors behalf, because they are both 82, and staying in old age homes, and they tell us they only received one form, but hey were send by registered post together. The one person on the call center, told the attorney, that the two executors and the beneficiary, must get into their cars, and come to their offices in JHB, because there are so much ***** !! We really are against a wall all the time, and they just keep on telling you any story, just to get rid of you - PLEASE HELP !!!! - The Call centre nr is - ***
