Pathetic service

I submitted my Mibfa Surplus Claim in November 2012 already and have been waiting for my statement until 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> I phoned them yesterday to confirm that they have received all the relevant documents after they told me to give them a week. now they are starting with the same old story as i have been hearing for 3 years which is phone back after a month. I am fed up with their *********** workers that cant help me and it doesn't even sound that they have any idea what is going on there. they sound like they have been given a story that they must tell the people and I am not falling for it anymore. I don't think that i am being unreasonable after waiting over 3 years.
