I am very disappointed on how mibfa operates, I made a claim at mibfa and I was told waiting period is 3 months, we are now on months 5 still haven't paid. The worse part is being told false waiting period, we have plans and families to support. Please help me resolve this issue

29 Nov 2019, 14:15I claimed at Mibfa 5 months ago and the was no response or any promise regarding my claim till to date. They told me that waiting period is 3 months but even now I still haven't received any feedback. When I go at the office the tell me me that I must check after 2 weeks, of which I have been doing that since October.
