Not paying provident fund

My contract ended in December 2014.I posted my mibfa provident fund papers during the month of December. I waited for about 1month and called to see if they received my forms and if its being processed. The call centre told me that there was one form I havnt send.I asked why they didnt call me,they said its because they dont call you,you must call them.So I resent all my forms again,including the one they said they have not received.I called after about 2weeks and they told me they received it,and that it is in the checking department.I must call again in 3 weeks.I called back and the told me the same story.That was during the month of February. Since then,I have been calling them,and every time they tell me the same thing,its in the checking dept. and that I must call again in 3weeks.Its now the month of May,Ive wasted hundreds of rands to call them and they keep telling me the same story over and over.I need my money but it seems like they dont want to pay it to me.I am stuck in financial problems and need my provident fund.Please I need your help.
