Not doing they're job properly

Lindiwe ain't doing what she's suppose to do, I've been waiting 3 months now and running around sending faxed and faxes threw to her. Keep on following up, and the response is it's in process, Phoning again After 4 weeks as asked to do so the story changes and is been SaI'd the copy of my ID is not clear and that she can't process my things, been going on for 3 months now like this. Tired and fed for a answer. Ckearly theres a ptoblrm then with theyre fax machenes as my copy's are very clear, and she doesnt let me know whats going on, i must guess.
