None payment of monthly pension

Dear Peter I am so annoyed with mibfa Pensions. My mother is a member of their Pensions department. She has not received her pension in 4 months. She was supposed to fill in a 'proof of existence form',however with Covid and our none existing post office, we only received the form on the 4th of March. By then they already stopped paying her pension at end of Feb. We filled in the form on the same day and took her to the police station to verify. She is 82 years old and not very mobile might I add. We emailed it the very same day. We submitted it 3 x there after. Since then we have been phoning 2 to 3 times a week to find out what is happening. Last week my mom were told :"don't worry Granny it will be paid on the 26th of May. Yesterday 25th May we phoned to make sure it will be paid. We were told to phone in 2 weeks time again they are still working on it!!!!! I was very upset but suddenly there were no manager at the office!!!!!????? My mom is suspended from her medical aid and urgently needs a 'watchman device' in her heart. She is extremely ill. Feel welcome to contact Dr Krause at St Augustines hospital. It has been 3 months of begging and 4 months without any pension for her. We try to help, but we do not have enough money ourselves. Please help us in this process.
