None Payment

Please help me get my late wife's money from MIBFA Surplus, we've app**** for it since October 2014 and in 2015-02-11 I collected letter showing me how much I'm going to receive and was promised that I'll receive the payout by March 2015 and since then I haven't received nothing from them and every time I go to their office in Johannesburg they keep on promising me that I'll get it in 2 weeks and I try call them they keep telling me that I didn't submit all the forms which I have. The call center there keeps hanging up on me when I request to speak to a supervisor. Please help me get my wife's money, I don't know what to do now.
