NON PAYMENT OF PROVIDENT FUND

We submitted my sons provident fund form 7 October 2014. We confirm the receipt of the form and that all the documents was completed correctly.<br> We have phoned several times to track the pay out we get a different answer every times. In January we were told we will have to wait another 5 months as it's not their faults that they were all on leave for the whole of December and January. The last 3 weeks you can't even get to speak to anyone if you do they put you on hold and then cut the call. Surely this is not right. How long must a person wait for their own money <br> <br> WHy is this taking so long?
