No Transfer of Pension from Deceased to Spouse

<p>My father, the main member passed away and we have app**** to transfer his pension fund to my mother. All the documents were submitted and received by MIBFA , and we have called them various times to discuss and confirm this. Intially payments would have resumed on 25 Ocotber, then on 25 November. Today, the 25th Nov, there is still no payment in the bank: 4 monhts after my father's passing. <br /><br />The latest follow-up stated that the profile for my mother was not created and she will have to wait for payment. How is a 78 year old widow pensioner supposed to survive with this kind of service? If it werent for the family helping her out, we would have had a crisis on our hands. <br /><br />This is shameful and not acceptable. </p>
