No Service

I app**** for my provident fund in April 2014.....Found out in November 2014 my bank details are incorrect. Submit it in November 2014. Found out in February 2015 my bank mandate is a copy......I gave a sworn statement and original bank statement and certified copy of ID plus original madate form in November 2014 . At the capetown branch to find out they only have a copy of my bank mandate. so where is all my other documents. Every time I phone they tell my phone back in 2 weeks time for a answer. It is 10 months and no payment date....they told me 4 to 6 months.
