No service

On the 26th June a case was opened for an ******* deduction on my wages. No process was followed and untill now I haven't received a date of arbitration for this to be dealt with. The commissioner at JHB office said someone is not doing there work and that this should have been delt with a long time ago. I get no response from Hayley manger and still no help. Its a simple process as per MEIBC website yet I get no help but pushed around. Disgusted with this service I pay monthly on my wages for MEIBC assistance and this is the outcome I'm now fighting for my own money.
