No response from mibfa

I have been trying to reach mibfa in connection with a claim. Their office hours are apparently from 7am to 5pm monday to friday. And saturday from 7am to 12 noon as per their telephinic call centre message. I have tried phoning them for a week within office hors. And everytime i hear this message that they are closed and i should phone during office hours.
