No payout no money for food in lockdown

Hi I submitted my paperwork at the Capetown office on 24th January and all my papers where in order 8weeks went by I then called the Johannesburg office just to be told the my papers are at checking department and still has to go to SARS I then called again the Monday 23 of March then this guy tells me if they not going on lock down my money will be paid on 7 April I'm still waiting on payout and lock down has been extended my family has no income no food I has a 4 year old daughter and wife to feed this isn't right sometimes I think about *****ing just to feed my family its not fair what is happening my family must now suffer in this time of lock down.
