No payout!

Hi,<br> Mibfa received documents in dec 2014. When I called in Jan 2015 they said that everything is in order and now we must wait for procedure. Was asked to call back in 2 weeks. Called again in Feb same story was related. Called 2 weeks ago same story. Called this morning same story. My question is whats the hold up??? If everything is in order why is it I cant get my money that is owing to me?? How much more call costs will it take for them to pay me out???They need a better system to work by. Faster turn around time!!! Many people depend on this money .<br>
