No payment received

I would like to confirm what the delay is with my fathers payments as he is being given the run around regarding his Surplus <br> <br> When ever he goes to enquire he is being sent up and down <br> He is notified that they will send him an sms and never do they send and sms <br> If he does not follow up neither do they communicate anything to him <br> <br> I mean he is spending money going up and down and all this for nothing<br> Can anyone please assist with this matter as it has a bad reflection on the company as a whole and not the individuals who are not doing what they are supposed to. <br> <br> My father does not have an income and he and my mum live alone <br> He is depending on this money to come through
