No payment received

My husband passed away on 6 April 2017. In May 2017 I send in there papers. A colleague told me that they had a strike on the premises and burned the papers and after 20 months I was told to submit new document s which I did. On the 2 of June 2019 I received a message from the MIBFA fund that the money was payed into my account. According to my bank no such payment was made. Now the payment is missing. What must I do.
