No interest in trying to help me
To whom it may concern

In APRIL 2008 I received papers for the repayment of my pension. The first problem why they did not want to pay the pension money was because I and my wife share a Bank account.. Therefor we went to the bank to open another separate account and we sent them everything they needed. We then went personally to the fund administrators to make sure everything is correct and to find out if they need anything else. Thereafter I will phone to ask why they are taking so long and then they will tell me that I am to quick and must wait. When I phoned them again they told me all the papers I gave in disappeared. After I resend them everything they had a problem with the proof of home address and I then send them one again. Thereafter they had a problem with my signature and said it's not mine. So again I sent them signatures they wanted. They then told me everything is correct and that I must just wait. One day I decided to phone again and they told me that they tried to get hold of me and they struggled to find me. Now they tell me I must come personally to see them AGAIN after everything. What am I supposed to do? After about 50 phone calls nothing happened.
