no information about my provident fund claim

on the 11th of September 2015 i received EOC from company i worked for i app**** for my MIBFA fund on 29/10/2015 and they informed me the submitted it only on 9th of November 2015 and i will wait for 3-4 months now when i try to find out whats going on with my money they are rude and don't want to transfer me to person working with my claim i'm without work since then and have family to support and if i phone from my pre paid phone even at 8 in morning i'm 9th on the list i want to know why its taking so long and whats going on
