I've submitted my claim forms for my provident fund to be paid out, they said they don't have any record off my service for working at ELBCON, surely they must have the record as I was paying provident fund, so today at 08/04/2015 I contacted them to follow up on my application, and this is what they told me, if there is anything outstanding surely they should phone me and inform me about it, this is *********** people performing the tasks, I need this sorted out and I want my claim to be paid out to me as soon as possible.
