my mother app**** for my deceased father's surplus money last Year October, my mom had all the documents they asked for death certificate, marriage certificate, proof of where he use to work, both their id books, her banking details, the letter of Authority, my mother does not have access to a computer or email and she does not have alot of airtime to keep calling these people whenever she tries calling the Cape Town office they tell her JHB office has to take it from here. when she calls the JHB office the phone always rings, and when they do answer they put her on hold where she runs out of airtime, my mother has gotten no where with these people someone please contact her on ********** 897.
