No assistance after death of my spouse

I have been trying since 10/09/2020 to find out which documents are needed in order for me to lodge a funeral and death claim for my late husband. Every time I call, I get told that someone will phone me back, which does not happen.

Do these people realise they are playing with other people's lives?
