neglegence

i'm very dissapointed about MIBFA,my husband passed away in January,i put my claim in feb, i sent them every single document that they needed bt till now i haven't received any payment,i'm strugling on everything,i haven't even payed my kids school fees,i don't know whats holding them or what the delay,ihave been going there every month ' bt nothing is happening,i need help about this.
