Need some help

Goof day.I app**** 27 Nov 2017.They told me to call them in 6 weeks because all my documents was 100%.but I called them after 4 weeks and twice a week.As they told me all is 100% all documents.When I called and it was 6 weeks then they told me that I had some documents that is not in order.At this point I can't understand.It takes them 6 weeks to see,after cheaking it many times that I called.So meaning the prossese of payment sould have been done but nou It will take double the time.I am not working and want to know what I can do about it?It is un acceptable.I have Bill's to pay and need my money
