I actually need a review worse than this 1. My husband submitted a claim in July already. And to date whenever he calls he just gets the same old feedback. That his claim is till busy with checks before they can apply for tax. Like no concrete feedback or proper confirmation of the delays. Ir that anyone will take accountability and progress and finalise the claim. They must really be audited for their sloppy work
