I did apply for my surplus.But after almost 4yrs.runnig up down,I eventually got my Statement last year.Then I send my Banking details and all the neccesary documents they want.But now I am waiting for my money to been payed out.So when I phoned and when am I gonna get my money,oh no I must wait and phone them in 3 weeks time.After 3weeks oh you must phone again in 2weeks time.and so they carry on.How long must I WAIT.I mean I got may statement ens.It is redicculase.Now what about all the interest.Please Help me.
