Mibfa we need answers for our late father's surplus benefit

Hi I'm so disappointed with the service we've got at mibfa Anderson it's been 10 years now waiting for my late father's surplus benefit funds,we went there 2013 october to claim on behalf of my late father and the gentle man who assisted us was very patient kind he took us through everything he even showed us the amount of money my mom will receive he told us to go to court to ask for letter of authority and to my father's bank to let them fill up some forms that authorises my mom to be in charge of my father's account we did everything and submitted and he told us the money will be in the account soon till today,when we did follow up booom they now say there are no funds in my father's name,how could that be possible? we got no answers,this year April we went again and we were told a different story that my father got his money before he passed away and mind you they gave us different date as to when my dad Received his payout and different dates as to when it was issued to him.i need this issue to be investigated something is fishy here these people must pay for the ***** they are doing.it was a lot of money that my mom would have got the guy even said that my mom will receive in three payments not in a lump sum.please help
