Mibfa Taking their time on paying Death Benefit

I submitted a Death Claim for my Deceased Husband in March 2019. I have had to endure issues like: the Company he worked for, never paid over their portion of the contribution. This was fixed up last week. Now, I am fedup. Why do I have to wait until 10 July for the payment to be allocated? I have been broke and been relying on this money for months now. Nevermind thatI have 2 kids also relying on this money. MIBFA needs to prioritise the need of familes who lost the breadwinner.
