MIBFA SURPLUS DEPARTMENT

Good Day, the MIBFA SURPLUS service is very bad we sent in the documentation about 2 and a half months ago someone called my husband to verify everything about 2 weeks after that and state he will send it for payment and someone form the payment department will call him to verify his bank after a month and a half and many calls that the don't answer they called him 3 times in one day to verify his bank details and state the will do the payment. Payment hasn't been done 3 days later as they promised how many times do they want to call and verify everything and empty promises to say payment will be done this is really bad service the other departments from MIBFA service was great they help my husband as quickly and helpful as they could the surplus department is bad service with empty promises of payment thank you
