Mibfa surplus

I app**** for my mibfa surplus in June 03 of 2023 where i received swift response only with my application form sent back 2 me but then the lies and no reply started settling in. I phoned back on the 23 July cause thats the only way you would get any response from them only after your put on hold for allmost an hour, anycase i was told that my claim was send to payments department eventually after a month. Today i phone back and after holding for more than 40 min i get told that my claim is only at audit dept and should go to payments dept after this week. I cannot understand why the same companys administrators are telling me 2 different storys. All i know is dont bargain on any swift or any response from them as they are clearly only there 2 receive their salary. Its a disgrace to know that humans have become so non caring
