Mibfa ******** the people

Mibfa again promised to pay out my provident fund which i submitted in june 2015. It is now almost November 2015 and still nothing. They said it'll take about 3 months, after 3 months I phoned them and they said all my forms are correct and have been submitted. They sent an enquiry and told me to call back after 3 weeks, which i did. No response they said and the lady just said she'll send another enquiry and I must call back again after 3 weeks. ***!!! Why won't they just give us our money that WE worked for???
