MIBFA RED TAPE

I have been trying to get funds from Provident Fund from February but every time you make a follow up there is a new requirement which unfortunately missing. There is no consistency at all ,once you talk to new person it seems you are talking to another department. There is so much red tape,bureaucracy and this institution ultimately is punishing the workers instead of helping them.I urge companies/unions to invest workers pension funds with private pension funds
