MIBFA Pure Incompetence

I have experienced nothing but the round around from MIBFA. Original documents were posted 6 weeks ago and documents emailed as well. I am told to post the original documents AGAIN as the post office is not reliable or to courier the documents at R185.00!!!!! I get different responses depending who I speak to. Their total lack of competence and sense of urgency is horrifying. Where can I report them to the ombudsman???
