Mibfa permanent disability department is awesome.

Mibfa is awesome, i don't know why so many people gave bad reviews. When our world crumbled when i became permanently disabled, we were so scared about the future but the super nice lady from Mibfa actually came out to us and spoke to us about what's going to happen. The was so supportive and informative and put all our fears to rest. Today is year 5 that I'm getting my monthly salary every month on the date they said i would, no delays, no excuses. Yes, maybe they do take a little longer to pay the 2 pot as there is ALOT of claims - not just the 2 pot - and admin involved or maybe they take a little long to answer a phone but you may rest assured that if the worst happens, they will come through. It would've been so easy for them to just pay out my pension and tell me I'm on my own now but they went above and beyond to reassure us that we won't have to worry. I will be forever grateful to them for how they handled my situation and for all these years so far of answering any questions with patience and insight.
