Mibfa payout delay times

I'm really disappointed in mibfa. Submitted my documents 2019 October. Kept phoning just to be told phone phone again in 2 weeks. Also kept asking if all my paperwork is in order. Then was told my bank mandate form and if isn't right. Then submitted it again. Then was told phone in 2 weeks again. Then just the same story about we still busy with claim. 3 months later I was told my provident fund can't be paid out because I have pension and surplus that's needs to be paid out. Also asked if all my paperwork is right. Was told all good. Took 3 months for them to see I have back dated money's owed to me. Phoned again Was told phone in a week maybe my money's will be back from Sars. Phoned again and was told my tax number nor right. Sended the number with copy of id. Phoned again. Was told email if you don't hear anything. Emailed and yes was told waiting for calculations on the money. So ya it's 4 Months now and nothing. Isn't there a complains number or email to a supervisor . This is really ridiculous. We apply for the money cos we need it. How is it that other pension schemes pay' s out in 4 to six weeks. Here I am 4 Months later nothing. Where can we get help.
