Mibfa pathetic service

I feel that MIBFA is pathetic sending us from pillar to post and not one person was able to help us accordingly! Its been more than a month since my husband submitted his application for provident fund to them and not a soul was able to give him even the amount or statement or nothing! You spend the money you have on airtime trying to get through on their stupid lines with people that can't even flipping answer your questions not to mention the fact that you have to find a post office because their pathetic company doesn't even have an email address where you can send "missing" documents to.. They lose your documents and then don't even contact you until you fight with them asking how far your application is.. And by the looks of all the complaints, they really could care less about the contributors. I am disgusting in this supposedly reputable company!!!
