Mibfa lyers

Hi I'm trying to get my surplus for the past 8 years every time just been told to get a bank statement and then another had so many calls from mibfa I'm so sick of it this year in February got a call from a mibfa agent telling me my money ready but I need to get another bank statement proof of I'd plus the rest I've been sending the same **** for eight years until today my birthday 6 November I had to get more then six bank statements to no avail the last time I send was in October but when I email they said they didn't receive but I send it trough fastway couriers that shows one of there employees signed for it again its almost Christmas but its just gonna be another year believe me please advise
