Mibfa letting families starve

My brother app**** for his provident fund in mid July 2020 and has ever since been calling and following up , till today no money in his account. It's his money and these people don't even have the courtesy to answer the phone or give a straight forward answer when he does get to speak to someone ... How many months does it take to pay out a provident fund at this rate I expect he might have to wait a full year
