MIBFA - is USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed in MIBFA. I have sent my documents in 2 and a half months ago as per currier. So they do have all my original documents. I have been phoning non stop and every time they keep cutting me of. I spoke to Alichia G about 2 weeks ago and she said that there was only 2 things that I did not fill in but she will sent it to me then I can email it back to her, I did sent it back and till today she hasn't came back to me. I phoned them today 4 times and have been holding on for 45min and then they keep transfering me en then they cut me off. I had about enough of this. I need to know how far is my documents NOW.........
