Mibfa funds

I left my job after my daughter passed away last year .I came to Thailand to cope with my grief.I have been trying to widraw my funds from Mibfa since December.I have been sending emails and not getting any response from them.When I spoke to Natasha Jantjies who is the supervisor,she advised me to courier the documents.I eventually got the original documents to her via a friend,but she was still not satisfied with the stamp on one of the forms from FNB who sent it to me via email as I’m in another country .I don’t know what else to do.
