Mibfa delays and excuses

My pay out was due last week already. Now when i phone they keep saying its gone to Sars but they say it takes 2 days for the sars clearance, yet they keep saying the same thing every time i phone. And then they say after sars it takes another 2 weeks. Yet my monies was due last week already.
