Mibfa delays and contradicting feedback

My pay out was due on the 16 May 2025. Now when i phone they keep on giving me contradicting stories, I have to engage them via email this morning and unfortunately i am not getting any feedback. I have exhausted all my communication avenues. Kindly look into this and advise. Thank you.
