MIBFA claim

Submitted a claim in September 2020, it has been more than 23 weeks and they are supposed to pay out a claim in 4-16 weeks. You have to wait more than 10 minutes for a call to be answered by their call center, Florence Mabi a call center agent is incredibly rude. Each time a phone call is made they tell you that everything is in order and that payment will be made shortly. Our medical aid has been suspended and we are behind on all accounts.
