MIBFA, awaiting 4 years now for a pay out from the

I have apl**** for my surplas payment in 2011, been in contact with MIBFA telephonically and personaly at the office in cape town. They have been comimg up with excuses now for 4years not to payout my monies, from change of cell number to to various other excuses. I've received my paperwork stating that its been approved on the 30 nov 2011. I have sent back my certified copies of my I'd signed twice with banking details. I called on numerous ocassions and was told the moneys will be paid in month end, with no feedback and no payments. Lastweek 20 August 2015 I also called in requesting an update, inbetween asking them about there bad seervices they put the phone down in my ear. Everytime I call the its all professional until I give my I'd number and they check the system then the attitude starts or they put me on hold or they drop the call. So I really need answers to where my monies went,either they used it and now sending me around in circles and this brought my to Hellopeter my last resort. Regards Mrs G Don.
