Mibfa

I went to Mibfa to apply for my provident fund on the 15 July and they said my claim will take 4 weeks then I called them and they told me I must call after 2 weeks and I did,today I spoke to a lady and she verified my details then later while answering her questions she tells me that I am lying and hangs up on me then I called again and I spoke to a nice lady Tumi and she told me that my claim was only opened on the 22 August,like really? Mibfa just tell us if you can't help us anymore or please tell your consultants not to lie to us cause we claim our monies because we need it
