I have been contacting then via email since 2018 regarding my surplus pension. I have sent them ALL the documents that they asked for. All I received was an automatic response saying they will attend to it and that's where it ended. Everytime I emailed them it's been an automatic response saying they received the documents. When I threatened with hellopeter, a gentleman responded with his email address and said we must contact him which we did. He just said "please assist" in an email that we were cced in and still nothing. I'm a 71yr old man and I gave them my best years..why do I have to wait 4 years and still don't get a response from a human being??
