mibfa

I have submitted all required paperwork with regards to payment of my provident fund its going on four months now and i have had no response from mibfa, i have phoned them a number of times response is that there is no update and that i should phone every two weeks for update that is costing me a lot of money cause i get placed on hold in some cases for up to 15 min . Any advise on what steps i can take.
