Iam also disappointed in MIBFA I need all the assistance I can get. My father passed away last year 2020 July we submitted all the required documents in August 2020 the money was not paid to us till to date, it been 10 months now, we are still struggling they just don't care we lost a family breadwinner but they keep on saying next month it been ten months now VERY POOR SERVICE
