metal industries fails to pay provident fund

I used to work for an engineering company therefore my provident fund was handled by MIBFA. My contract ended in June 2014 and I submitted my documents on the 1st July. I received a letter stating that my fund was being processed on the 31st July and that it would not take longer that 6 to 8 weeks. December I called to follow up because it had been 6 months since I made the application and nothing. I was told by Thando after I called her that my account was dormant and the money wasn't paid in my account. I went to their offices to get a form to show my account was active and they told me that it would take another 6 months because it meant reapplying. I refused and told them I did not want to deal with Thando I wanted a supervisor to handle it. That's when they said Antonnette was handling it. She does not call me to inform me of progress and the last time I called she said I should check Friday what is happening. She was called today and she said the person doing my fund is on leave. I don't know how this is my problem but now I am sitting 9 months later and my fund is not paid and I have to keep running around using money to call and go to their offices to follow up!
